Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie beantworten Kundenanfragen telefonisch und schriftlich.
  • -Sie unterstützen die Kundschaft bei technischen Problemen und bieten Lösungen an.
  • -Sie pflegen Kundenstammdaten und aktualisieren Informationen im System.
  • -Sie leiten komplexe Anfragen an die entsprechenden Fachabteilungen weiter.
  • -Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Kundenanliegen zeitnah bearbeitet werden.
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kundschaft.
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen.
  • -Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • -Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen.
