Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik mit Sitz in Egelsbach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung
  • Terminüberwachung und enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie Klärung von Lieferterminen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement m/w/d o. Ä.)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
