Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹5,500 per Month

Work Timings: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities

• •Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through various support channels.
• •Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers.
• •Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• •Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• •Support the team in resolving customer issues efficiently.
• •Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.
• •Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the team.

Skills Required

• •Good verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• •Basic computer knowledge.
• •Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
• •Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
