Customer Tax Account Specialist

• This role provides specialized Canadian payroll tax support to a portfolio of customers, combining technical expertise with customer-facing service.
• You will manage daily tax cases, research complex payroll questions, and help customers navigate federal, provincial, and territorial requirements.
• The position covers payroll tax remittances as well as critical year-end activities, including T4, T4A, and Relevé 1 and 2 processing.
• You will build trusted customer relationships, lead calls when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing deadlines without compromising accuracy.
