Für die Telekom suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere flexible hybride Telekom-Shop-vor-Ort-Berater (m/w/d) für Außendienst und Filialarbeit im Telekom Shop im Gebiet Ulm.

  • In dieser spannenden Rolle sind Sie sowohl im Außendienst (80%) als auch in einem modernen Telekom Shop (20%) tätig.
  • Geboten wird eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, direkt mit dem Kunden in Kontakt zu treten, sei es an dessen Haustür oder im Telekom Shop, um ihm bestmögliche Telekom-Produkte und Dienstleistungen anzubieten.

Was wir Dir bieten:

  • Bruttogehalt: bis zu €3200/ Monat + Provisionen

Aufgaben:

  • Akquisition und Betreuung zugeordneter Kunden im Innen- und Außendienst unter Anleitung und Unterstützung durch Vertriebsbeauftragte/ Accountmanager
  • Beratung und Verkauf von Produkten, Dienstleistungen der Telekom und einfachen kundenorientierten Lösungen durch persönliche und telefonische Kundenkontakte
  • Weitergabe von potentialorientierten Verkaufsfällen mit zusätzlichem Beratungsbedarf an Vertriebsbeauftragten
  • Erfassen, Weiterleiten und Pflege von Kundendaten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen und bei der Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen

Anforderungen:

  • Freude an der Arbeit im Außendienst
  • Arbeitserfahrung im Außendienst oder als PromoterIn oder als VerkäuferIn (idealerweise Telekommunikationsbereich) oder im B2B-/ B2C-Bereich
  • Führerschein (Nutzung eines Pool-Fahrzeugs)
