Für die Telekom suchen wir einen Verkäufer vor Ort (m/w/d) für Außendienst und Filialarbeit im Telekom Shop im Raum Hamburg.

  • In dieser spannenden Rolle bist Du sowohl im Außendienst (80%) als auch in einem modernen Telekom Shop (20%) tätig.
  • Geboten wird eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, direkt mit dem Kunden in Kontakt zu treten, sei es an dessen Haustür oder im Telekom Shop, um ihm bestmögliche Telekom-Produkte und Dienstleistungen anzubieten.

Was wir Dir bieten:

  • Bruttogehalt: bis zu €3200/ Monat + Provision

Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Kundenansprache sowie Beratung und Verkauf von Standardprodukten und Dienstleistungen außerhalb des Telekom Shops in ausgewählten Gebieten vor Ort (Door2Door)
  • Kundenzuführung in den Telekom Shop durch Terminvereinbarungen
  • Klärung kritischer und komplexer Kundenanliegen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen nach Systemvorgabe
  • Datenpflege
  • Mitwirkung an produktspezifischen Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen in der Region;

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie eine spezifische aufgabenbezogene Fortbildung oder entsprechende berufliche Erfahrungen
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Außendienst
  • Arbeitserfahrung im Außendienst im Telekommunikationsbereich
  • Kenntnisse der Telekom-Produktpalette oder die Bereitschaft dieses zu erwerben
  • Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Führerschein (Nutzung eines Pool-Fahrzeugs)
  • Eintragsfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
