  • Die Klinik Wersbach, Fachklinik für Psychosomatik, Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierten Debitoren-/ Kreditorenbuchhalter/in (m/w/d) der/ die unsere Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung zuverlässig betreut und weiterentwickelt.
  • Vollzeit/ Teilzeit
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Durchführung der Zahlungsläufe
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung & Mahnwesen: Rechnungserstellung (inkl. Wahlarztleistungen), Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge, Abstimmung offener Posten und kaufmännisches Mahnwesen
  • Kostenklärung & Abschlüsse: Pflege der Stammdaten, Klärung von Differenzen sowie Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Vorkenntnisse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrungen im betrieblichen Rechnungswesen sind gewünscht
  • Kenntnisse im Buchhaltungssystem Datev oder der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GoÄ) werden vorausgesetzt; Kenntnisse in beiden Bereichen sind wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten
