Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung aller Geschäftsvorfälle innerhalb der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Debitorenkontenabstimmung und -klärung
  • Forderungsmanagement inklusive Mahnwesen, Erstellung von Mahnläufen und Inkasso
  • Überwachung und Buchung der Zahlungseingänge sowie Prüfung und Kontierung der Bankbuchungen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich der Stammdatenpflege
  • Unterstützung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zum Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP R/3 (Modul FI), Excel und Word
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
