Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • -Erstellung und Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • -Überwachung offener Forderungen
  • -Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • -Abstimmung und Pflege der Debitorenkonten
  • -Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen und offenen Posten
  • -Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Erstellung von Auswertungen zum Forderungsbestand
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Kundenservice

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • -Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • -Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
  • -Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 45.000 und 58.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Unbefristete Festanstellung
  • -Homeoffice und flexible Arbeitszeiten
