## Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Insolvenzen End‑to‑End: Kennzeichnen, Forderungen anmelden, Prüftermine/Quoten begleiten, Widersprüche bearbeiten
  • Operatives Inkasso (national/international): Ansprache, Raten‑/Vergleichsvereinbarungen, Dispute‑Handling, Eskalation
  • Mahnwesen & Titulierung: Vor‑/gerichtliche Mahnverfahren, Vollstreckung, Titel‑ & Verjährungsmanagement mit Kanzleien/Gerichtsvollziehern
  • Bonitätsprüfung & Kreditlimitüberwachung; Nutzung von Wirtschaftsauskünften und Frühwarnindikatoren
  • Offene Posten & Cash Collection: Zahlungseingänge zuordnen/klären (z. B. SEPA‑Lastschriften, Gutschriften) in SAP
  • Enges Schnittstellenmanagement mit Recht, Accounting, Sales sowie externen Inkassopartnern/Insolvenzverwaltern

## Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sowie im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, z. B. SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
