## Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit auf dem Posten Gardemanger in den Restaurants Oliv’s und Aubergine
  • Vorbereitung und kreatives Anrichten von kalten Speisen, Salaten, Vorspeisen und Beilagen
  • Sorgfältige Durchführung der täglichen Mise en Place zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs
  • Sicherstellung einer konstanten Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation der Speisen
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei der täglichen Produktion und im Service
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Köchin/Koch (m/w/d)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
