## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von gelöteten Plattenwärmeübertragern von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
  • Leitung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten für Neuprodukte und Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen einschließlich vollständiger Projektdokumentation
  • Prüfung von Lastenheften sowie Erstellung von Pflichtenheften zur Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen für neue Komponenten, Baugruppen und Produkte
  • Erstellung von CAD-Modellen, technischen Zeichnungen sowie Vorbereitung von Modellen für CFD- und FEM-Berechnungen.
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von CFD- und FEM-Simulationen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Research & Innovation in einem internationalen Umfeld

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Thermodynamik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Wärmeübertragern, thermodynamischen Systemen oder vergleichbaren technischen Produkten ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Thermodynamik sowie fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Plattenwärmeübertrager
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Druckgeräterichtlinien und Normen, beispielsweise ASME oder DIN EN 13445
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Auswertung von CFD- und FEM-Berechnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
