Supplier Development Engineer (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgabe
Entwicklung, Qualifizierung, Betreuung und Bewertung von Internationalen Lieferanten
Verhandlung von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen mit ppm-Zielwerten
Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Prozess- und Produktaudits, inkl. verfolgen von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Wirksamkeit
Bewertung von Qualitätsabweichungen und methodische Überwachung von Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen
Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Lieferantenentwicklungsprogrammen
Organisieren von Prozess-/ Qualitätsoptimierungs- und Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen
Bewertung von Herstellbarkeitsanalysen
Durchführung von Risikobewertungen (Prozessanalyse) und Kapazitätsanalysen
Führen von Maßnahmenplänen und Kontrolle der Umsetzung im Bereich Einkauf für die Einhaltung des Managementsystems

Dein Profil
erfolgreiche abgeschlossenes Studium
fundierte Kenntnisse der Normen im Automotiv (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
einschlägige Erfahrungen mit Qualitätsmanagement-Methoden
Qualifikation zur Durchführung von externen Audits nach IATF 16949
verhandlungssicheres Englisch
internationale Reisebereitschaft
Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
