 Are you an experienced Dialysis Technician who thrives on variety, teamwork, and clinical agility? DaVita SNF Dialysis is seeking a dynamic Float Patient Care Technician (PCT) / CCHT to support our growing network of on-site dialysis dens across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio!

As an Area Float PCT, you serve as a vital clinical anchor, partnering directly with Registered Nurses across different skilled nursing facility dens to deliver seamless, life-sustaining hemodialysis treatments.

What You’ll Do:

• •Float across assigned skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis dens in Greater Cleveland (Westlake, Cleveland, Parma, Middleburg Heights, and Ashtabula).
• •Partner directly with the on-site Den RN to provide comprehensive direct patient care in intimate 4–6 chair dialysis suites.
• •Perform sterile cannulation of complex AV fistulas and grafts, monitor patient vital signs and treatment parameters, and ensure resident safety.
• •Set up, prime, disinfect, and troubleshoot Fresenius 2008T hemodialysis machines and complete daily water treatment / RO quality testing.
• •Assist with resident transfers, pre/post treatment weight assessments, and den turnaround workflows.

Key Den Locations Covered: Foundations Crocker Park: 4000 Crocker Rd, Westlake, OH 44145 Foundations Gardens of Fairfax: 9014 Cedar Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106

Foundations Saybrook Landing: 2300 Center Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004

Parkside Villa: 7040 Hepburn Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130

Broadview Den: 5520 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134

Augustine Manor: 7801 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102

Qualifications & Requirements:

• •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• •Minimum 1+ years of direct hemodialysis patient care technician experience required.
• •Current Ohio Certified Dialysis Technician (OCDT) or active national certification (CCHT / BONENT).
• •Current BLS / CPR certification.
• •Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel locally across Northeast Ohio dens.
