The Pillars of Biloxi is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our growing team!

Dietary Aide duties include but are not limited to:

• •Read production orders and diet cards to determine items for each tray
• •Prepare and assemble food trays with utensils, napkins, and condiments
• •Assist with food preparation including sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages under the supervision of the cook
• •Prepare modified diets, including soft or liquid foods
• •Portion and plate meals according to diet specifications
• •Inspect trays for accuracy and quality before serving
• •Deliver trays to residents and assist in dining areas as needed
• •Collect and return dirty dishes to the kitchen
• •Properly store food and supplies
• •Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
• •Dispose of trash and maintain sanitation standards
• •Record special food items served to residents
• •Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent required
