This role requires a Digital Product Manager with a solid understanding of wealth and investment products, along with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to help shape and deliver digital experiences for our Digital Retail Investments team, from discovery and roadmap development through release, go-to-market and post-launch performance. You'll partner across business, research, architecture, design, engineering and operations teams to deliver client value, business outcomes and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong ownership and the ability to drive interconnected work across multiple stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Manage delivery of assigned digital features end to end, from requirements through release and post-launch.
  • Support product discovery and the development of the product roadmap, helping validate opportunities, shape solution options and prioritize features based on client and business value.
  • Partner with research and design teams to build a clear view of client needs and experience expectations, and apply those insights to requirements and prioritization.
  • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog in partnership with the Product Owners.
  • Coordinate solutions across business, architecture, design, engineering and operations teams, and resolve blockers.
  • Track interconnected workstreams and dependencies; surface risks, issues and decisions early.
  • Support release readiness, including test sign-off, operational readiness, and change and communications support.
  • Support go-to-market activities in partnership with marketing, distribution and operations teams, including launch planning, client and field communications, and tracking adoption.
  • Monitor feature performance against KPIs and feed insights back into the backlog.
  • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk-informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership or digital delivery, working on customer-facing web or mobile experiences.
  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience: backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to manage releases and dependencies across multiple teams at the same time.
  • Technical fluency: understands system architecture and integrations, and can translate between technical and business language.
  • AI fluency: practical experience using AI tools to speed up research, analysis, prototyping and documentation, and an understanding of how AI can improve client experiences.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment, particularly in the investments or wealth management space
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including status reporting and escalating risks to senior stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Comfort using data and analytics to measure outcomes and inform prioritization.
  • Product ownership or Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM).
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or technology partners.
