Dipl. Sozialarbeiter/in (m/w/d) als Fachbereichsleitung

Wer sind wir?

Wir sind eine soziale Einrichtung, die sich kompetent und partnerschaftlich für die soziale und berufliche Teilhabe psychisch erkrankter und/oder beeinträchtigter Menschen in der Gesellschaft engagiert. Das Angebot Besondere Wohnform bietet eine intensive Unterstützung zur gesundheitlichen Stabilisierung und Alltagsstrukturierung im stationären Umfeld in zwei zentral gelegenen Häusern.

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst u.a.:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Besondere Wohnform (Leistungstyp E 12)
  • Aufsichtspflicht
  • Belegung
  • Entscheidung über die Aufnahme
  • Sicherstellung des Betreuungsangebotes (Tagesstrukturierung, Wochenplan)
  • Dienstplan, Organisation der Vertretung
  • Tagesstrukturierende Angebote: Hauswirtschaft, Freizeit und Beschäftigung
  • Beratung, Hilfestellung und Training zur selbständigen Haushaltsführung und Versorgung
  • Förderung der sozialen Kontakte innerhalb und außerhalb der Wohngruppe

Voraussetzungen :

  • Möglichst Berufserfahrung in der Heimleitung
  • Kenntnisse des BTHG
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Befähigung zum Umgang mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen und Menschen mit Einschränkungen
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten u. Rufbereitschaft (im Wechsel)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
