ÜBER UNS:

Der DRK-Kreisverband Olpe e.V. mit seiner Betreuungsdienste gGmbH ist aktiver Akteur in der Kinder und Jugendhilfe im Kreis Olpe. Als Träger mehrerer Einrichtungen und Dienste im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe arbeiten wir auf der Grundlage der Werte der Internationalen Rotkreuz- und Rothalbmondbewegung als Ausgangspunkt.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sozialpädagogische Einzelfallhilfe und Gruppenarbeitmit der Zielgruppe Jugendliche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Jugendamt Olpe und den Vormündern
  • Beratung und Hilfestellung bei psychosozialen Problemen Einzelner
  • Begleitung im konzeptionierten Verselbständigungsprozess
  • Hilfe und Unterstützung bei behördlichen, medizinischen und (haus-) wirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung des mit der Jugendhilfe erarbeiteten Hilfeplans
  • Umsetzung von kultursensitiven Freizeitangeboten für diese Zielgruppe
  • Kontakte und Kooperation mit Behörden / Institutionen und Partnern, insbesondere auch Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines trägerübergreifenden Arbeitskreises
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten und Berichtswesen
  • Konzeptionierung und Aufbau eines Unterstützerkreises

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abschluss als Diplom-Sozialpädagoge/in oder Diplom-Sozialarbeiter/in, Bachelor oder andere Qualifikation gemäß der Anerkennungsliste des Landesjugendamtes
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Abenddiensten und Dienst am Wochenende
  • Umfassende Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem Arbeiten verbunden mit Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Führerschein ist von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit in möglichst mehreren Sprachen
