Der Caritasverband im Nürnberger Land e.V. sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sozialpädagogen/eine Sozialpädagogin (m/w/d) für 19,5 Std./Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Einweisung von Langzeitarbeitslosen, Mitarbeitern, Klienten, Sozialstunden-Ableistern und Ehrenamtlichen am Arbeitsplatz
Einsatzplanung, Dokumentation und Berichterstellung im Rahmen eines Bezugspersonensystems
Zusammenarbeit mit rechtlichen Betreuern, Wohneinrichtungen und anderen externen Stellen
Selbständige Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsbereiche
Erschließung neuer Tätigkeitsfelder unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Effizienz
Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen AT-Klienten und Mitarbeitern des Gebrauchtwarenmarktes

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik
Motivation, Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Freude an der praktischen Mitarbeit und Bereitschaft, mit anzupacken
Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem PC
Möglichst Erfahrung im Umgang mit psychisch kranken Menschen sowie Bereitschaft, sich auf die Besonderheiten des Personenkreises einzustellen
Persönliches Engagement und eine positive Einstellung zur Zielsetzung der Caritas und zum sozialen Auftrag der Kirche
