• As Director, IT & Business Enablement, you will lead the systems, tools, and technology experience that enable a global workforce to operate effectively.
• You will own the full lifecycle of the internal technology environment, from endpoint provisioning and SaaS management to identity systems and employee support.
• A key part of the role is driving secure, practical AI adoption across internal workflows and technology systems to improve efficiency and return on investment.
• You will balance reliability, security, usability, and business speed while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technology operations, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional partnership.
• You will also build and develop a high-performing IT team while creating scalable processes, documentation, and support systems that act as force multipliers for the organization.
