Demonstrated success producing measurable digital audience growth.
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, including CTR, retention, watch time, subscriber behavior, titles, and thumbnails.
Experience developing and repurposing long-form and short-form content.
Strong creative judgment in storytelling, hooks, positioning, and audience behavior.
Ability to interpret analytics and turn findings into actionable strategy.
Experience leading editors, designers, agencies, contractors, or production teams.
Strong project-management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High initiative, ownership, sound judgment, and accountability.
Experience growing a brand, ministry, podcast, creator, or public-facing leadership platform is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required when measurable experience demonstrates equivalent expertise.
