The Role:

As the Director of Nursing, you'll take the lead in shaping the clinical healthcare services across our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• •Balancing hands-on clinical and resident care with essential administrative duties.
• •Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to build a strong, cohesive team.
• •Overseeing employee health services, including TB screenings, physicals, and drug screens.
• •Develop and execute staffing plans aligned with resident needs while efficiently managing daily resource allocation.
• •Promote survey process awareness by demonstrating expertise and guiding staff toward informed participation.
• •Managing and improving the quality of care, adhering to SC Department of Health regulations, and maintaining certification/licensure standards.
• •Contributing to the Vital Living Program to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

What You Bring as a Director of Nursing:

• •Licensed as an RN in South Carolina
• •CPR Certification
• •2+ years of clinical supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• •Experience with electronic medical records (PointClickCare is a plus)
