Department Overview

Join our dynamic Transaction Processing & Optimization Team, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues. As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to support inbound calls and assist internal and external customers with a wide range of inquiries, including order inquiries, warranty replacements, post-sale customer service, and service/repair requests.

Job Description

• •Demonstrating an excellent service attitude and providing exceptional customer support.
• •Collaborating effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service.
• •Possessing strong communication skills and fluency in verbal communication.
• •Utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide efficient telephone support to customers.
• •Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment and failures.
• •Providing support to staff members through telephone assistance.

Basic Requirements

• •Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• •High School Diploma, GED, or Certificado de Preparatoria.
• •At least 1 year of experience, will be a plus previous experience in inbound call centers.
• •Willingness to work from Monday to Friday (7:00 am-5:00 pm)
• •Availability to work in Reynosa , from Industrial Rio Bravo Suite B Parque Industrial del Norte 88730 Reynosa, TAM.
