Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary. Essential Job Duties

• •Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
• •Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
• •Set routes with drivers.
• •Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
• •Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
• •May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
• •Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.
• •Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
• •Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• •High School Diploma/GED
• •0+ years of experience required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• •Basic computer skills.
• •Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
• •Problems encountered are simple, repetitive and generallly solved by clear directions and procedures.
• •Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
• •Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
• •Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.
• •No additional competencies required.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

• •Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
• •Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
• •The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
