Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als

Disponent / Disponentin (80–100 %) (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Effiziente Disposition unserer Fahrzeugflotte
  • Einteilung der Fahrerinnen und Fahrer sowie Koordination der Einsätze
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Transporte im nationalen und internationalen Bereich
  • Suche und Planung von Rückladungen zur optimalen Auslastung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden betreffend Aufträgen, Terminen und Abläufen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Fahrern, Kunden und internen Stellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder logistischen Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Disponent/in in der Transport- oder Logistikbranche
  • Gute geografische Kenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Belastbare, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Dispositionssoftware „Gehr“
