Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Disponent/in (m/w/d) in der Personaldienstleistung in Frechen, für die interne Stellenbesetzung in der Niederlassung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Akquise von Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Beraten, betreuen sowie pflegen des eigenen Kundenstammes (in der Software zvoove ehemals Landwehr L1)
  • Erstellen von Angeboten und kalkulieren eigenständig die Verrechnungssätze
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Personalrecruiter zusammen
  • Du disponierst und rekrutierst Deine externen Mitarbeiter/in
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil oder Quereinsteiger/in
  • Ausgeprägtes verkäuferisches Gespür und Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent
  • Freundlicher und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Erfahrung im Umgang in der Personaldienstleistung wünschenswert
