Aufgaben:

Sie berechnen eigenständig die Frachtaufträge und
erstellen Gutschriften aus dem
Transportmanagementsystem
Das Bearbeiten der Eingangsrechnungen und
Eingangsgutschriften ist ihr tägliches Geschäft
Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit den vorgelagerten
Abteilungen und stimmen sich stetig ab

Profil:

Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Erfahrung im Bereich Verkehrslogistik
Der Umgang mit Zahlen macht Ihnen Spaß
Ihre Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und Sie haben eine
schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Neuem gegenüber sind Sie offen

In den Büros sind meistens 2-3 Mitarbeiter, keine Großraumbüros
