Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten sowie Preisverhandlungen mit Kunden und Frachtführern
  • Einkauf von Logistikdienstleistungen im Bereich Container/Landverkehr
  • Kapazitätsplanung und Auftragsannahme in enger Abstimmung mit der Disposition
  • Aktives Troubleshooting und Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft bei Bedarf

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Containerverkehr wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Lösungsorientierte, schnelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Kundenanforderungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und proaktives Handeln
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und deren Weiterentwicklung
