Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Diponenten (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Organisation und Überwachung des Fahrbetriebs
  • EDV-gestützte Dienst und Personalplanung unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in allen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Schnelles und situativ angemessenes Handeln bei Betriebsstörungen
  • Kontrolle des Fahrpersonals in Bezug auf Pünktlichkeit und Erscheinungsbild
  • Führen von Kranken- und Urlaubslisten
  • Durchführung der Urlaubsplanung für das Fahrpersonal
  • Ihr Profil
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Fahrdienstleitung oder Disposition eines Busbetriebes, alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und hohe Motivation sowie Bereitschaft zur Aneignung umfassender busspezifischer Kenntnisse (z.B. Beförderungsbestimmungen, Lenk- und Ruhezeitenvorschriften)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse in Fahr- und Dienstplanprogrammen
  • Führerschein Klasse D/DE von Vorteil – kann über uns erworben werden
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Stressresistenz, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
