### DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Disposition und Tourenplanung der eigenen LKW im Nahverkehr
  • Beachtung von wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und kundenorientierten Aspekten sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fahrer-Teams
  • Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern und mit Kunden
  • Einführung einer Tourenplanungssoftware

### DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Lagerwesen oder Zimmerer- oder Tischlerhandwerk
  • Berufserfahrung in der Disposition
  • IT-Affinität und gute PC-Kenntnisse (insb. MS-Office)
  • Gute geographische Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
