Deine Aufgaben als Disponent (m/w/d)

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Transportaufträgen im Nah- und Fernverkehr
  • Effiziente Einsatzplanung von Fahrzeugen, Fahrern und Ressourcen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten in den entsprechenden Systemen
  • Administrative Abwicklung von Waren- und Versandprozessen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Transport- und Versanddokumenten
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Fahrern, Speditionen und Geschäftspartnern
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Transportabwicklung

Dein Profil als Disponent (m/w/d) am Einsatzort Koblenz

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition oder Logistikplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, Fahrern und Dienstleistern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewussts
