Wir bewegen täglich große Lasten und sorgen für pünktliche Entsorgungs- und Logistiklösungen für unsere Kunden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen durchsetzungsstarken und organisierten Disponenten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Tourenplanung: Sie planen und steuern täglich die Nahverkehrsrouten unserer Absetz- und Abrollkipper.
  • Auftragsabwicklung: Sie nehmen Kundenbestellungen an und teilen die Container optimal ein.
  • Fahrerkontakt: Sie sind die direkte Schnittstelle zu unseren Kraftfahrern und geben klare Anweisungen.
  • Genehmigungen: Sie kümmern sich um Sondergenehmigungen und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (Lenk- und Ruhezeiten).
  • Reklamationsmanagement: Bei Verzögerungen oder Problemen auf der Baustelle finden Sie schnelle Lösungen.
  • Verwaltung: Sie erledigen begleitende kaufmännische Aufgaben und pflegen Daten in unser System.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Nutzfahrzeugen, idealerweise im Containerdienst und/oder der Entsorgungsbranche.
  • Ortskenntnisse: Gute geografische Kenntnisse im Großraum Brandenburg/Berlin.
  • Persönlichkeit: Stressresistent, durchsetzungsstark und ein echtes Organisationstalent.
  • EDV-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssoftware und MS Office.
