Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Schadenssanierungen, suchen wir aktuell einen Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter Disposition (m/w/d) in Duisburg.

Disponenten / Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Einsatzplanung

Wichtiges vorab:

  • Gehalt bis zu 45.000€ Jahresbrutto je nach Qualifikation
  • Homeoffice 2 Tage/Woche möglich (nach der Probezeit von 6 Monaten)
  • Enge Betreuung und Vorbereitung auf Ihre Gespräche

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Disposition der Leckageorter sowie effiziente Einsatzplanung
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Versand von Berichten und Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie den regionalen Standorten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition, Kundenservice oder Sachbearbeitung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
