Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in

### Ihre Aufgaben

Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der täglichen Touren unserer Servicetechniker und Außendienstmitarbeiter
Koordination von Lieferungen, Abholungen und Hilfsmittelversorgungen
Schnittstelle zwischen Innendienst, Außendienst, Lager und Kundenservice
Terminabstimmung mit Pflegeeinrichtungen, Kliniken und Privatkunden
Kontrolle und Pflege der Auftragsdaten
Mitwirkung bei der Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung

### Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen, logistischen oder gesundheitstechnischen Bereich
Berufserfahrung als Disponent, in der Logistik oder in einem Sanitätshaus von Vorteil
Organisationstalent mit Überblick – auch in hektischen Situationen
Freundliche, verbindliche Kommunikation am Telefon und im Team
Sicherer Umgang mit PC, Erfahrungen mit acriba, der Branchensoftware sind von Vorteil
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
