## Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios im Bereich NS/MS-Schaltanlagen und flexibler Stromverteilung
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Priorisierung von Initiativen, Definition von Investitions- und Weiterentwicklungsbedarfen sowie Unterstützung des Lifecycle Managements
  • Moderation von Kundengesprächen, Workshops und Austausch mit Partnern, Planern und Systemintegratoren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Portfolio- und Produktmanagement, Vertical Market Management, Vertrieb und Consulting, Business Development und Software Solutions
  • Sicherstellung, dass strategische Ziele in technische Anforderungen und marktfähige Lösungskonzepte überführt werden

## Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Energieverteilungssystemen, in der Elektroplanung oder im Schaltanlagenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Auslegung von Energieverteilungssystemen sowie relevanter Normen (z. B. IEC 61439, VDE-Normen)
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation, Moderation und fachlichen Steuerung
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie Erfahrung bei der Bewertung komplexer technischer und marktbezogener Fragestellungen
