The Position

As an Early in Career Trainee in Finance & Operations at Roche Pharma Saudi Arabia, you will embark on a 12-month development program designed to build foundational expertise across our commercial operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, supply chain processes, and strategic procurement, directly contributing to our mission of delivering life-saving medicines to patients.

• •Support Finance Business Partnering: Assist with financial planning, commercial analysis, and data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions.
• •Optimize Supply Chain Execution: Collaborate on demand planning, inventory management, and logistics processes to ensure the timely delivery of healthcare solutions.
• •Enhance Procurement Strategies: Help evaluate vendor relationships, support strategic sourcing initiatives, and drive operational cost efficiencies.
• •Collaborate Across Business Functions: Work alongside experienced mentors and cross-functional teams to streamline end-to-end commercial operations.
• •Drive Operational Excellence: Apply fresh analytical perspectives to solve operational challenges and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Who You Are

You are an ambitious recent graduate eager to build a meaningful career in pharmaceutical finance, supply chain, and commercial operations.

• •Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• •Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with curiosity and enthusiasm for analyzing operational data.
• •Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• •Learning Agility & Proactive Drive: Adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to learning new skills and taking ownership of projects.
