  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Übernahme administrativer und koordinativer EHS-Aufgaben mit Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Unterstützung des EHS-Managements im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Steuerung relevanter Prozesse
  • Fachliche Beratung in Arbeitssicherheit sowie Mitwirkung im Gefahrstoff- und Abfallmanagement
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Bewertung von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Arbeitsunfällen, Gesundheitsrisiken und unsicheren Arbeitsbedingungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von EHS-Dokumentationen, Präsentationen, Statistiken und Protokollen mit MS Office und weiteren Tools
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden sowie Unterstützung bei EHS-relevanten Meetings und Audits
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Managementsystemen nach ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu EHS, Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelttechnik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Erste bis mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in EHS, Arbeitssicherheit oder Umweltschutz
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen; eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit ist von Vorteil
  • Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in PowerPoint, Word, Excel und Outlook
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentationsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenständige, proaktive, zielorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise
