Unser Auftraggeber ist die deutsche Tochtergesellschaft eines internationalen Technologiekonzerns in der Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche . Am Standort im Großraum Köln entwickelt und produziert ein hoch qualifiziertes Expertenteam spezialisierte Elektronik- und Kommunikationssysteme für anspruchsvolle Industrie- und Luftfahrtanwendungen.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams in der Qualitätsabteilung suchen wir ab sofort einen EHS-Koordinator (m/w/d) , der Verantwortung übernehmen und den Bereich Umwelt-, Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz eigenverantwortlich weiterentwickeln möchte.

## Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

Als zentrale Schnittstelle im Bereich EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung aller EHS-Standards am Standort:

  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der EHS-Managementsysteme nach ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
  • Prüfung und Sicherstellung aller gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz mithilfe einer EHS-Compliance-Software
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen , Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie internen und externen Audits
  • Koordination der EHS-Richtlinien der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe sowie Erfassung und Reporting von EHS-Kennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozessabläufe

## Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Chemie, Ingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufseinsteiger, Juniors sowie Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Erste Kenntnisse bezüglich ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 von Vorteil (Branchenhintergrund ist nebensächlich)

  • Attraktives Gehalt von ca. 60.000 € bis 70.000 € / Jahr
