Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung des operativen Beschaffungsprozesses (Angebotseinholung, Lieferantenauswahl, Bestellabwicklung, Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Eingangsrechnungsprüfung)
  • Monitoring und Urgenz von Lieferterminen und Lieferantenmeldungen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • Ergänzende organisatorische Tätigkeiten und proaktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsprozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Lehre | HAK/HLW)
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf (vorzugsweise im Stahl- und Maschinenbau) mit hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Technisches Grundverständnis von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, genaue, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, kommunikatives und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office sowie berufliche Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Für diese Position ist auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein Bruttogehalt ab 3.000,- Euro vorgesehen. Gerne sind wir zur Überzahlung je nach Deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation bereit.
