Durchführung von operativen Bestellungen sowie Termin- und Lieferverfolgung

Eigenständige Material- und Dienstleistungsbeschaffungen

Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Lieferbedingungen

Eigenverantwortliche Vertragserstellung, -verhandlung und -verwaltung

Unterstützung bei Make- or Buy Entscheidungen

Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und Beschaffungsabläufen

Kommunikation und laufende Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Bedarfsträgern

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen

Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL/HAK/FH/UNI)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Anlagen- und Rohrleitungsbau von Vorteil

Engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und Freude an der Optimierung von Prozessen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
