Für unser Werk in Hemer suchen wir in Vollzeit zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Einrichter:in (m/w/d) CNC-Bearbeitungszentren .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten/Rüsten von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren, CNC-Drehmaschinen, Roboter, Zippel Waschanlage und Dichtheitsprüfanlage
  • Aufrechterhaltung der Produktion unter Berücksichtigung der Qualität, Lieferkosten und Liefertreue
  • Einweisung von Mitarbeitern an Produktionsmaschinen
  • Fertigungsfreigabe unter Berücksichtigung von qualitäts-, arbeitssicherheits- und umweltrelevanten Gesichtspunkten
  • Erkennen von Produktionsstörungen und Einleiten von Maßnahmen (Werkzeugwechsel usw.)
  • Durchführung von Aufgaben zur vorbeugenden Instandhaltung anhand von Wartungsplänen
  • Prozessoptimierung (Verfahrenswege, Werkzeug- und Programmoptimierungen)
  • Produktive Mitarbeit in der Gruppe

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem anerkannten Metallausbildungsberuf mit mindestens dreijähriger Ausbildungszeit (bevorzugt Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder Werkzeugmacher:in)
  • Erfahrung mit CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb
