Wir sind ein mittelständisches Unternehmen der kunststoff- und silikonverarbeitenden Industrie. Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams suchen wir in Vollzeit einen Schichtführer/Einrichter (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Schichtleitung (3-Schicht) mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Einrichten und Abmustern von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
  • Optimieren von Prozess- und Qualitätsparametern
  • Freigabe der Formteile

Was sollst Du mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker Kautschuk/Kunststoff oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, gerne auch als Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
