Für unseren langjährigen Kunden in Salach haben wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Stelle zu besetzen als

Einrichter - Kunststoff-Spritzguss (m/w/d).

### DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN SIE

  • Rüsten, Anfahren von Serienwerkzeugen von Spritzgießmaschinen (Demag, Engel und Arburg)
  • Überwachen der Qualität nach Prüfplan und Dokumentation in das CAQ-System
  • Programmieren der Handlinggeräte zur Entnahme von Teilen und Anguss
  • Abmustern von Neuwerkzeugen
  • Prozessoptimierung
  • Planmäßiges Durchführen von Wartungen an Spritzgießmaschinen

### DIESE KOMPETENZEN BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Gute Fachkenntnisse im oben genannten Bereich, idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder zum Kunststoffformgeber (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Einrichter (m/w/d) in der Herstellung von anspruchsvollen Kunststoffteilen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht
