Die HENWAL-Jugendhilfe GmbH sucht

*zum 1.10.26 eine Einrichtungsleitung/Erziehungsleitung (mwd) für unsere familienanalogen Wohnformen. *

Voraussetzungen  sind ein Studium im sozialen Bereich (z.B. Sozialpädagogin oder Sozialpädagoge mwd) und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Leitung in der Jugendhilfe.

Ihre Aufgabe ist die Trägervertretung, die Fach- und Dienstaufsicht in den jeweiligen Angeboten verbunden mit der Absicherung des Kindeswohls. Hier stehen Ihnen umfangreiche Konzepte zur Verfügung, für deren Umsetzung die Einrichtungsleitung verantwortlich ist. Die Einrichtungsleitung sorgt aus Trägersicht für die Umsetzung der im Hilfeplan vorgeschriebenen Ziele für den jungen Menschen.

Wir pflegen ein qualitativ hohes Niveau in der Kommunikation mit unseren 22 familienanalogen Wohnformen in NRW, RLP und Thüringen, unserer Wohngruppe und unseren Auslandsmaßnahmen in der Türkei, Lettland und Italien.
