About the role

We're looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Hamilton team, with a strong focus on electrical projects, upgrades, installations, and improvement works across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in industrial and/or commercial electrical environments, who enjoys taking ownership of projects from planning through to completion. While some maintenance work is involved, the primary focus is project delivery and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver electrical projects, upgrades, installations, and refurbishments.
  • Scope and manage minor works projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support planned preventative maintenance and reactive works when required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety requirements and industry standards.

About You

  • NZ Registered Electrician with a current No Limits Licence
  • Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience
  • Strong experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical environments
  • Proven experience delivering electrical projects, upgrades, installations, or refurbishments
  • Strong fault-finding and testing capability
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
  • Commitment to Health & Safety and quality workmanship
