• JOB SUMMARY:
• •Perform various duties required to fabricate wiring harnesses and install components, circuit modules, relays, diodes and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units for all types of electronic and electromechanical products.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• •Perform various duties required to fabricate wiring harnesses and install components, circuit modules, relays, diodes and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units for all types of electronic and electromechanical products.
• •Responsible for mechanical assembly and wiring of electrical control panels, AC/DC drives, motors, and other devices, etc.
• •Design and fabricate electrical boxes for installation of components.
• •Drill, edge fill, fit and assemble a variety of detail parts, and assemblies, including cutting openings in bodies to accommodate wire and components, using hand tools and power tools.
• •Inspect for proper installations and integrity.
• •Ability to use general and precision tools such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers, etc
• •Must read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, blueprints and schematics.
• •Maintain necessary documentation and records.
• •Keep work areas clean and orderly.
• •Perform assembly operations on structural and mechanical sub/assemblies, equipment and accessories.
• •Perform other work as assigned.

• REQUIREMENTS:
• •Must possess a HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• •Must be able to read and understand English.
• •Must be able to accurately read tape measure.
• •Must be able to twist, bend, stoop, kneel, stand, squat, crawl, and climb.
• •Must be able to perform overhead work.
• •Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day on concrete surfaces.
• •Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 80 pounds team lift.
• •Must be able to work in varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions including but not limited to outside heat in excess of 95 degrees for up to 10 hours.
