WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und elektronische Betreuung verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen inkl. Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik (MSR) und SIL-eingestufter Schutzeinrichtungen
  • Fehlersuche, Störungsbehebung und Reparatur an elektrischen und automatisierungstechnischen Systemen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Inbetriebnahme, Parametrierung und Optimierung von Prozessleitsystemen (z.B. Siemens S7 oder TIA-Portal)
  • Installation, Anschluss und Prüfung elektrischer Betriebsmittel, sowie Dokumentationen gemäß Vorgaben
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfungen
  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Umbau, Erweiterung und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagenteilen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Betriebstechnik (Industrieelektroniker / Anlagenelektroniker / Energieelektroniker)
  • Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie oder einer vergleichbaren Prozessindustrie
  • Befähigung für Prüfungen elektrischer Anlagen in Ex-Bereichen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der SPS-Programmierung und idealerweise in Prozessleitsystemen (DCS)
  • Verständnis für verfahrenstechnische Zusammenhänge und sicherheitstechnische Regelwerke
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (aktuell 5-Tage-Woche, zukünftige Umstellung auf ein rollierendes 7-Tage-System)
