Für unser Hotel suchen wir eine freundliche und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für den Empfangsbereich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation
  • Bedienung der Hotelsoftware
  • Führung des Kassenbuches
  • Erstellen und Versenden von Angeboten und Mailings in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping-Team
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption

Ihr Profil:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Russisch oder Ukrainisch sind wünschenswert , da ein Großteil unseres Housekeeping-Teams diese Sprachen spricht und die tägliche Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Etage so deutlich erleichtert wird.
