Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out
Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Anfragen und Gästewünschen
Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Hotelabteilungen
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

Sie bringen mit

Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder im Bereich Gästebetreuung von Vorteil
Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
Ausgeprägte Service- und Gastgebermentalität
Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen den Anforderungen der Tätigkeit
sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Kenntnisse gängiger Hotelprogramme von Vorteil
