IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie sind freitags erste Ansprechperson für unsere Besucher und empfangen Kunden, Mieter und Geschäftspartner freundlich und professionell
  • Sie bedienen unser Telefonsystem, nehmen eingehende Anrufe von Kunden, Partnern und Mitarbeitenden an, erfassen die Anliegen und stellen an die zuständigen Ansprechpersonen durch
  • Sie organisieren unsere Poolfahrzeugverwaltung sowie die Datenbankpflege unseres Intranets
  • Sie nehmen Post und weitere Sendungen entgegen und sorgen für die zuverlässige Weiterleitung

DAMIT ÜBERZEUGEN SIE UNS:

  • Sie treten freundlich, serviceorientiert und kommunikativ auf
  • Sie sind zuverlässig und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Telefonzentrale, Kundenservice oder Empfang ist von Vorteil
  • In deutscher Sprache können Sie sich sehr gut mündlich und schriftlich ausdrücken
  • Sie gehen sicher mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und digitalen Kommunikationssystemen um
